Please can anyone advise how long the morning retching lasts? I am a 54yr old female and have been diagnosed with depression. I took 10mg cit for 5 weeks and now on my third week of 20mg. I am really rough from side effects in the mornings but improve throughout afternoon. Still isolating a bit but can see some improvements. Apetite improving a little and dizzy spells at times. Thanks for any advice.

Hi why not take your medication just before bed, that might help.
