Tested Negative for all STDs (multiple times) - Urethra irritation, Rash on Glans, Vein Inflammation

Context: Had protected sex. 2-3 weeks later noticed: **URETHRA** * slight discomfort in urethra when urinating * irritation near the tip of the urethra (felt like pinching) even when I was not urinating * the feeling of pee being "stuck" in the urethra, more noticeable * Few times felt discomfort when ejaculating (when masturbating), felt like burning and as well like a pinch. Discomfort when ejaculating was not persistent, but would be noticeable from time to time. * Early on in the symptoms, I was urinating more frequently than normal. **RASH** * Overall redness of the penis and scrotum * Many*** inflamed veins in the penis and scrotum*** (new, bright red veins which never used to be on the scrotum as well as on the penis). Veins which were previously noticeable were now very red. Penis was uncomfortable to the touch when erect, masturbation did not feel normal. Overall penis felt very warm when erect, especially toward the head of the penis. * Rash on the head of penis near meatus (urethral opening). Resembled what looked like balanitis. **TESTING** * Tested negative multiple times for HIV, Syphilis, Gonhorea, Chlamydia, Trichomoniasis, Ureaplasma, Microplasma Genitalium, Herpes * Urinalysis showed no signs of UTI * Comprehensive Urinalysis showed less than 10,000 colonies of Staphylococcus (not saprophyticus). Urologist determined since it was less than 10,000 colonies that it was likely due to contamination of sample from skin, but treated for it regardless given the other symptoms **TREATMENTS** * Treated for fungus on the skin - Lotramin and Hydrocortisone creams: Was not effective * Was given pimecrolimus to apply everywhere (derm thought it could be lichen sclerosis) but this has also not been effective * Took 7 days of Fluconazole - was not effective * Took 5 days of Ceftin (Cefuroxime) - was not effective * Took 7 days of Bactrim - This was the first treatment that appeared to give positive results. The inflammation of scrotum and bright red veins within the scrotal region and base/shaft of the penis noticeably started to improve. The first few days of treatment (Days 1-4) the urethral discomfort when urinating also appeared to have improved as well. However, after day 5 - it appeared the the urethral discomfort was returning. * Took 1G of Azithromycin - was not effective **UPDATE** It has been almost 3 months since the original symptoms had appeared. All of the urethra symptoms remain. The rash on the head of penis also remain. Rash appears more noticeable at the very tip of penis and urethra opening, and goes straight downward. The overall redness of penis and scrotum have improved. Vein inflammation on base of penis and shaft have improved, but still remain near head of penis. It also appears that the symptoms are started to become more noticeable, and have started to see the vein inflammation occurring again - veins in penis are getting much brighter red and more noticeable. Has anyone had similar symptoms? If so - were you able to get a clear diagnosis or anything you have done to help?

you got any pictures pal because this sounds exactly like my situation.

im guessing you did some online test, like lets get checked?

I have had very similar problems. I am going to have myself checked for herpes again to determine which strain I have. I think you should do the same and all the people with the same symptoms. I think all the vain inflammation has something to do with pudendal nerve as I have burning in the perineum when I sit for a long time. Herpes is still unknown even though co common. Doctors cannot see the blisters so to them it is not herpes. I have had my problem for 5 months now and pain only started last month. Anal discomfort and slight burning is also new. This sucks.
