Tested negative for herpes but still not sure,, help !!

For some background, I have an unspecified autoimmune disorder that I’ve been working with a specialist doctor on for a couple years, and have experienced psoriasis patches in the past, but have tested negative for celiacs disease. 5 days ago, I recieved my second moderna vaccine, and had the worst flare up of my life (severe all over body pain, high fever, fatigue that lasted into the next day) but it went away completely about 48 hours later. Two days ago, I developed painful sores on the inside of my labia minora. I’ve never experienced this before, nor have I ever had a cold sore. My best guess was the vaccine response triggered something in my autoimmune disorder that caused the ulcerations, but I went to an urgent care for clarification. They immediately told me it was herpes, because three of my sores were grouped together. They gave me antivirals just in case. I think it’s worth noting I also never noticed blisters of any kind, just woke up with open ulcers. The urgent care doctor did a swab test for herpes 1 and 2, and both came back negative. I saw my PCP to follow up this morning, and she told me they looked like they were healing the way herpes do, and sometimes the tests can give false negatives, but was also confused given that I’ve never had unprotected sex, have only ever had 1 partner, and have not had sex in the last year and a half. She told me to continue the antivirals and prescribed different ones because the first ones made me very lightheaded. I personally still don’t think it’s herpes, because of the tests and my health history with other conditions that can cause spontaneous acute ulcers, but I’m still in a lot of pain and could just really use some other opinions for some peace of mind !
