The aching in my testicle turns into pain, I also feel aching and pain in my leg, knee and foot. My question is, can the testicles effect the sciatic nerve?

i would say no. i have similar issues, but i have very tight adductors and piriformis muscle on that side. Any complex of muscle tightness in your pelvis can cause this pain.
