hi there i had sex and a few days later my testicles hurt and had slight swelling. the pain moved to the back on the testicles about a week after that my thighs started to throbbing very intensely and that lasted just over a week since then it has died down abit but my thighs and legs are acheing i dont really have the testicle pain anymore i did my std check and nothing there its been 5 weeks now and still aches and throbbing
