I’ve been with my wife for 4 years now all in total. About 8 months ago my right testicle began to hurt. It only hurt for a day. Wasn’t super painful, just mild. I went and got std tested for chlamydia, gono, syph, hep c, and hiv. ALL negative. The pain went away and I didn’t worry about it again. Well, two months ago the pain came back, again just for a day. I got tested for chlamydia and gono again, and this time I tested for trich as well. ALL negative! In my research.. this really seems like an std related issue… But.. I know I didn’t cheat and I really don’t think she did, it’s just not her. In my research I’ve discovered something that can potentially cause testicle pain are mycoplasma and ureaplasma. I haven’t been tested for those yet, planning on it soon, just trying to figure out what that looks like with covid.

My question is… If my reoccurring testicle pain is the result of an std is it possible that she didn’t cheat? I have no reason to believe she did other than the testicle pain..

Seeing as your tests came back clear, I think you should rule out the possibility of an STD.

You mentioned that the pain was in your right testicle the first time you experienced it. When the pain came back two months ago, was it also in the right testicle? What type of pain was it? Perhaps it is related to the skin on your right testicle, or maybe you unknowingly hurt yourself while sleeping, or showering.

I have a close friend who, at 19, had to have his testicle removed because of cancer. While your issue is most likely a minor one, for peace of mind - to rule out your partner being unfaithful or an STD - the best course of action would be to see your doctor about it now, in its initial stages.

i have a similar problem that comes and goes. My urologist said it was a pinched nerve, like sciatica but it involves the testicle. My chiropractor confirmed that and one treatment fixed it. it does come back but nowhere near as bad and its rectified at my monthly maintenance visit.
