The pain is probably not in the testicles but rather in the ducts carrying sperm to the penis which have a muscular coat. This can go into spasm causing pain. As this only happens during or just after ejaculation it is the time when pain usually occurs its not serious
discomfort can linger in the muscle after ejaculation if that makes sense
