Does anyone know how testosterone supplement from a GP affects female sex drive, clitoral sensitivity and orgasms.

Hi

My wife has lost her sex drive. Her libido is zero.  Her GP was thinking of giving her testosterone to boost her drive and make her clit sensitive again.

We are waiting for the results of a blood test to check her levels of testosterone and prolactin.

We wanted to know if any female had experience of testosterone supplement for the same reason and what the effects were on them.

Any information would be helpful. We know what prolactin does.

Once the necessary tests have been carried and it discovered that there is a lack of testosterone, and subsequently a small amount prescribed, there have been noticeable improvements in the libido and wellbeing of some women patients.
