Hi all

Just to say I've decided to exit from this forum for now. Im 4 months post op and feeling great. This whole experience has led to many positive steps- literally!

I've decided to take early retirement and finish mid August.

Tomorrow I'm flying off for a sunshine holiday for a week,

Thank you everyone that has supported me through this whole hippy time.

More than likely I will reappear at some point but meanwhile genuinely the very best to everyone whatever stage you are at.

Best thing I ever did finding this site.
