i was very distressed a day or so ago my Menieres really being difficult.Thought I was alone. Thank you to all those kind people who have advised me and made me feel so much better. I am not alone and will fight .

My menieres has been really bad for the last 8 months no balance and just cant sleep or relax. Hang in there we that suffer know what you are going through. I dont have to tell you how hard it is. I pray and pray for this to go away! God Bless

I feel so much better than a few days ago. I know This will never go away but I now have the lovely friends I have met in this Forum so I know when zi next have my meltdown they will understand when I let it all out. Such great support. Thank you a trillion
oh wow wow feeling so much more calm than a few days ago. No longer feel I have to struggle on my own. Never ever will any of the Forum group will understand what a difference you have all made to my life. It was an existence but now I am beginning to see a life. Thank you

Just finished reading Menieres Man books I think he has truly conquered the disease by making changes,in diet,exercises,salt intake, water, stress identification. Learning to calm body down and even learning to calm sound in your head. Finally , everyone should spend time on this board encouraging others and offering understanding.
I'll send a copy to all the consultants I've met. Hopefully it will encourage them to be more positive with their patients.
