Thank you, thank you, thank you!! To those who put up advice for relief from those twitchy, irritable, antsy legs at night. It had been driving me crazy until the posts recommending Magnesium Citrate which I immediately ordered and now, 200 mg taken an hour before bed and it has all disappeared. I love this group! 

Me too. Going to bed is a pleasure again finally. I was tossing and turning during sleep as well but since taking the magnesium citrate I wake in position I went to sleep in. Thank you Thank you Thank you x

It is such a simple thing and so effective. Several years ago..long before the hip problem I woke up contantly with tingling hands and was referred to hospital and the consultant suggested while I was waiting for nerve conduction tests to try magnesium and it worked pretty quickly. And never came back, but at time I used to suffer from occassional twitchy legs and I noticed it solved that too. And when had hip op it was awful straiggt away, so back on it, same miraculous result. Phew. On top if everything else dont need that too...and solves the constipation problem. Only citrate works for me as I picked up oxide by mistake and no effect. Have a good weekend x
