Wait a minute just in case you should check online or ask your Doctor. I just saw a commercial about Prilosec, a lawsuit against it because it was related to kidney failure. Don't know much though. Ask your doctor just to be on the safe side. Best of Luck

Never mind it just said you have an increased risk of getting acute or chronic kidney disease by taking proton pump inhibitors used to treat acid reflux. Take Care. Sorry if I scared you.🙏

Thanks lol. Yeah I understand but it's the acid reflux unless the doctors tell you otherwise. If everything comes back clear you shouldn't be worried. My throat feels irritated and sore too. About the pain I get it too. Sharp and severe located in throat.
