Anyone ever have this alone feeling inside , like you have no one , but when in fact your surrounded by your loved one's and friend but yet you still feel alone ?? Anxiety and panic disorder is a BEAST

Yes I always,feel that way , but once I went on this anxiety website and it showed me over 100+ symptoms of anxiety it kind of put me at ease and allowed me to deal with it a little better in the past few days
Yeah I've seen that site too and knowing it's only anxiety does help but it doesn't make it feel less scary
It helps me more.so.with the calming myself down and telling myself its only anxiety and it won't harm me , lol even though I think it will !!!
But i still get scared initially though !!! 😩😩😩
Funny that you mentioned that, I've been getting that feeling, a lot. It's more reoccurring, as of late.
Yeah it sucks , you feel like you have nobody , when actual love and support is all around you, but they still don't understand what your actually going through tho , its messed up .
