The Loneliness of the Long Distance Nerve Wrecked Thinker

If your all alone right now and your having an anxiety attack - just be still and find a mantra - a group of words to keep saying to yourself and put your focus on that - like it is a blocker to thinking a new thought or a blocker to an old thought about problems or troubles or death and dying - anything you like - some words to a song - some words from a book - spiritual - enlightened - like Shakespeare said – “nothing is good nor bad but thinking makes it so.” Find some words to think inside your mind or if you can’t manage words just count some numbers - say them out loud - say them to yourself - backwards or forwards - small ones or big ones - time becomes a loop - find a comfortable position or pace if you have to at the start - but stay with the same words or same numbers until your aware that your thinking cannot break in and give you a new fearful thought. that could even be the mantra - “I don’t need no stinking fear” - breathe in and breathe out - slow - be aware of your breathing - while your thinking about your breathing you can’t think about other stuff - breathe in “I don’t need no fear” breathe out “I don’t need no fear”
Make yourself gain stillness even if only for a moment and you get a taste of it then you can circle back to it - it is there all the time waiting for you. So many people here have gone through what your going through right now - your not alone - on some level we all love you - with our vibration and frequency - we are always shedding our love towards you because we are a family of very unique individuals.
