For aslong as i remember my penis has has two red lips at the
opening that doesnt look like others ive seen, is this normal. Can i post i picture to better diagnose the issue?

I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong if you are not feeling physical pain, have no problem with function and you've always had it. We're all the same and we're all different. One of the paradoxes of life.

Photos would help, but if it is what you describe I don't think you should be overly concerned. I think I know someone with the same thing (like I say... photos) and while it's not perfectly normal, it is nothing to worry about.
