The root of my anxiety

It started from being bullied as a kid for being albino and being legally blind my vision is 20/200 and can’t be corrected I suppressed it all for so many years and one day I just freaked out and my anxiety has been terrible since then  I’m at a point in my life where I feel like giving up because I really want to work in healthcare but I’m so scared because of my vision even though I’ve told that people who are completely blind live successfull lives doing careers they love I just don’t feel that about myself I just feel like I’m unable to learn and life just doesn’t feel worth it somedays and idk what to do anymore

Do you see a therapist? I see one for my anxiety and I highlyyyyy recommend it. It really helps me to talk to someone, and they can give very good insight and helpful advice.

What do you do for your anxiety? Are you on meds? Do you see a counselor? I think that would be a good idea. Uncontrolled anxiety can lead

to panic attacks and agoraphobia. Don't give up. Take that first step to seek treatment.

DO NOT EVER GIVE UP!

Life is a precious gift . Sorry to hear that you were bullied as a child just because you were different.

That shows the prejudice, immaturity and ignorance of others. You are a human being and your worth is the same as every other person on this planet.

I suggest a two pronged plan to help..

1. Anxiety is worry about future events that may never happen.

An author called Eckhart Tolle has an excellent book out called 'The Power of Now' reading it or maybe an audiobook of it may help you to focus on the present moment the 'Now' where anxiety cannot exist. Try Meditation.

2: Try to get some career advice and support for your disability.
