I know its normal to feel shaky if you haven't eaten for a long time but does anyone else feel abit shaky when they have eaten x
Donna,
I have experienced shaking, inside my body not outside, through perimenopause, menopause and now even post menopause, it happens in my sleep? Usually I get something to eat than it passes?
Hi
thank you my shakes are also inside my body just must be another symptom of the menopause x
Yes, that is what I always attribute it to, horomonal changes. Very annoying isn't it!
Very very annoying x
Hi Donna
Yes I do because being diabetic I need to eat because if I don't and my sugar goes down then I do feel shaky.
When you are out doing eerands always take yourself some food to eat and something to drink with you thats what I do.
Hi Donna how are you? I think I've had/having every known(& probably some unknown LoL) peri symptoms there are, that shaky feeling is really horrible, for me it can feel like low blood sugar & I need to eat! I'm not diabetic so I think definitely hormonal 😣 there are days it seems I eat 6 times & that's before lunchtime just to settle the feeling! can sometimes be just a weird shaky sensation that comes n goes. Oh for all this to end....I'm 55, nearly reached the 12months of no periods.
Take Care & keep well.
It could be low blood sugar ever since I went into menopause my sugars have been more undercontrol at times it dips down into the 80s or its around 100 once in a while it will be a little high but not lately. I also lost a lot of weight down to 192 and 195 pounds
Yes. Since perimenopause I have had episodes of shakiness/trembling. It's really weird because my temperature is normal when it happens.
That's exactly how it is with me....inside my body too. It's really weird. I don't have Diabetes or low blood pressure etc.
I also feel shaky especially at night that's when i niti5ce it more...
