Hello!
I have started TSM yesterday and took 50mg of naltrexone 1hour before drinking.
I experienced some change, I did not have the crave at all, but finally had 5 beers in around 5 hours (instead of 8/10 beers + 100/200ml vodka, one by one) - very strange feeling, not as pleasant as before, so I am quite hopeful. Got some side effects too.
I am currently reading “the cure…”, but as not being english native speaker - it is quite slow reading.
So could anybody help me and explain couple of technical things with TSM?
- If I take nal but with no eager to drink at all (fe side effects), should I go and at least try to drink alcohol even if I do not want it - just to make naltrexone working correctly with TSM?
- What if I take the pill, but I drink after 3-6 hours instead of 1-2 hours?
- What if I start to drink and forget take a pill, should I take it as soon as possible?
- Are there any polish people here?
I wish I could contact somebody in my native language - there is not much information / people on polish websites.
