you may have a fungal infection try canesten cream and make sure you change your bra daily. If a bra is too uncomfortable get a bralette, they are less tight and uncomfortable.

It seems to be a sign of allergy. I want to suggest you to change the bra type or do not wear bra. Wipe the area 3-4 times with Detol. If you do not see any improvement, please visit any skin doctors.
