Well the long wait is over today is the day for my left thr sat here just drinking my pre load they dont worn you its like mixing wallpaper paste! 😂
I had my thr Friday took a bad reaction to the medication. Did not get out of bed for two day because I was vomiting and passing out. My left is much more painful that my right hip was.
The pain is constant and struggling with exercise but I'm sure it will get better. Got out hospital last night.

Good luck Dominic, I'm at 11 weeks RTHR. Really starting to feel almost back to normal. Almost. The first week or two are pretty uncomfortable but it gets better. I was actually back at work at two weeks, felt a little shaky at first but got through it. Take it slow and don't overdo it for at least 6-8 weeks. You will get there.

I had mine done 7 months ago!! I feel great!! And have no more pain!! Was out of the hospital after 2 days!! The only thing that botherd me was just the drain tube!! Was up and walking on crutches right away...and no crutches by week 2

I'm actually envious that by the time you read this, your op will be over and done with, and I've still got to wait till Nov. 3rd for my leftTHR! Lucky you, hope it all went brilliantly. Dominic......good luck. It's not bad as you think. I had mine done September 19. The pain after surgery is nothing compared to now. What did you have to drink...
