The bigger one has been there since age 15 i think, and i just though it's a part of my body, since it didn't cause any discomfort. But there now appears to be a smaller one next to it.
Is this just a cyst or could this pottentially be something more serious?

They both look like they’re sebaceous cysts; have you seen a doctor or been to a sexual health/STD clinic to confirm the diagnosis?
