There has been a pain in left arm and now it also goes into the leg

Hi

I have been felt pain in my left arm which goes from the shoulder to the left finger occasionally, especially when I go to sleep on my bed and lie to the left direction of my body.

Now the pain has also started in the left leg especially I feel it in the knee then sometimes it goes to the ankle. Sometime I feel it weird.

Either I lie on my bed on left direction or sitting on a chair I feel it occasionally .

Some times i also feel pain in the left wrist when i carry weight through my left hand. I get use to walk daily around 15 to 20 mins.

Sometime I also feel pain in the left chest when i am on my bed lie at left direction. Earlier I checked my bp , it was normal . neither I smoke nor eat red meet frequently . i am not drinking milk frequently.

I am 46 years old with a height of 6.2 feet with normal weight of 82 kg.

I have never discuss this to my doctor .

I would like to ask you Why this pain first popped up in the left arm then now it goes to the left leg too.

Is it arthritis or something else?

Is that serious ? If so should I go to Gp or vascular physician or heart physician .

I will really appreciate if get the response related to my problem . what is this pain ? what causes this pain? What its remedy?

I think you should consult your GP and s/he will refer you to an appropriate doctor if necessary.

Hi, no I would doubt it is arthritis, however you most certainly need to discuss this with your GP as soon as possible as it may be a trapped nerve, never put off problems with nerves, you might harm your self!

After reviewing your replies it seems that it is not a heart or vascular related problem.

Sometimes I feel burning in my neck.

I would add this here that I m not enjoying the normal life. I screwed my career by quiting a very good job because of home sickness . it has been 10 long years that I have had a stress in my mind. Might be this causes this disease .

Is this disease(trapped nerve) as far as i got can hurt me? Any home exercises to get rid of this disease.

Hi there no it probably isn't a heart or vascular problem, but none the less you MUST see your primary care doctor, as you certainly have something this needs attention as soon as possible
