There is a fleshy ball that seems to be hanging (slightly) of my vaginal entrance. What is it?

it doesn’t hurt when I touch it, but I can feel it whenever I wipe. it’s just there and I don’t know if it’s bad or normal. (I would post pictures but I’m not comfortable with those being online)
