I don’t know what it is. but I feel my glans is swollen around the bottom edge. It gets dry up and the foreskin tends to stick, meaning its too dry. I am attaching pics. please help me by answering what is it? and also when it is erect there is some sort of swelling around the neck of glans , (below the glans). But it doesn’t hurt. i can’t pull back my foreskin after it is below the glans. please help !
Have you previously had full movement of your Foreskin compared to how it currently is?
Do you apply anything to your penis such as anything as a form of lube for sex or masturbation?
Have you been sexually active recently without using a condom?
Do you wash your penis with soap and any form of body wash such as shower gel, if so, have you recently switched to a different soap or shower gel?

this is certainly not how it used to be? What age are you … ?
- No, the movement of foreskin was normal earlier. Free movement was there and the glans was normal with moisture no drying.
- I don’t apply any of the lube for masturbation or sex.
- I used a latex one for the protection. ( didn’t penetrate, just wore the protection for the one time, but I had oral sex without protection).
- I wash my penis only with water.
- My age is 21 .
- 1 month ago I had these random white spots on the glans and the foreskin also started getting rough and sticky.
- the glans was swollen around the neck
- I applied antiflone cream and used to take the antiflone tablets for 10 days.
- the white spots were gone, but I feel the glans swelling isn’t gone yet.
- when its erect the glans look big than earlier. and there is a ring like swelling beneath the glans, from where I can’t roll the foreskin down.
- But I can roll the foreskin from the glans.
- Currently I am applying clotrimazole.
- What is the problem please help! due to lockdown I am freaking that I can’t seek help.
- Do you notice shiny surface of the glans!

Who suggested you used this medication?
You could phone your Regular / Family Doctor GP about this - the symptoms you have are too extreme - you need to get the correct medication in place as soon as possible , particularly if the swelling is still present …
Can you please atleast say me what this symptoms are signalling. To which condition?.

I have no personal experience of dealing with swelling of the penis- the conditions I am aware of need to be treat with the precise medication that matches the actual condition you have.
For this reason you should never self medicate as it is all-too-easy to make the condition much worse.
This is why you need to see or at least contact a Medical Professional such as a GP A/S/P - even they may need to refer you to a specialist such as a Urologist but will most likely be able to prescribe you some appropriate medication to reduce the swelling …
