looks like i have the same thing. i will visit a Urologist nxt wk to ask about it. might be a cyst, fordyce or lymphocele… but 1 thing i want is to remove this ASAP.

If the lump is hard and you cannot press it into the main body of your penis it is most likely a wart that can develop anywhere on your body.
You can have these surgically removed - go see your Family / Regular Doctor / GP as often they will do minor surgery themselves or have a colleague who will sort this for you …
