I feel like there's something in my throat and I saw this and I can't breathe normally because I feel that it block my throat

Looks like 2 me enlarged tonsils. My ENT told me tht tonsils civet a circle in throat area and when allergies or acid reflux etc irritates them they can enlarge. I'm guessing lingual tonsils swollen. But please, don't take my advice, go see yr dr. He can put yr mind to ease. Meanwhile, gargle with warm salt water few x daily until you can c yr dr...try not to worry..
