I am a 23 year old male who has been sexually active. I have been getting bumps in my genital area that for the past year or so. They are single solid bumps that do not hurt. And no other symptoms are present They burst and white pus comes out and they turn to what you see in the pictures below, then they crust and go away. i went to urgent care and he said they are just ingrown hairs. Do ingrown hairs turn into open sores like this?? i need some input please.
