Hello these things are very itchy especially at night, Ive got herpes once I thought these are herpes althought Ive been using pills for herpes they havent be cured for 5 days so are these might be warts?

So you had a herpes outbreak and theyve been gone for 5 days? If i read this right, it is likely the itching is still from the herpes and hasnt cleared up yet. or you may have a secondary infection such as a yeast infection or BV. These little bumps in the picture are normal and not the cause of itching.
Im positive hsv2 , usually on outbreaks it took 5 days , no more. in 5 days theyre all gone, now Ive used my pills but these things havent gone for 5 days, and theyre still itchy. Im not sure what Im dealing with

Sorry for the late reply. I can see kind of see some rawness marks on the skin where the outbreak must of healed. Perhaps this one took a bit longer which can happen when you are in anyway unwell, less healthy or stressed. Nothing looks super un-normal though. If it persists, it is common that an outbreak can accompany another type of infection that may need a doctor visit
