i have these spots around my anus that popped up. I tested negative for all stds through a blood test and my doctor says it doesn't look like warts or herpes but i have no idea what they are. my partner of 7 months has also not gotten anything like them so im assuming its just me. The white spot in the first picture is just soap

they’ve been like that for a month and i have tested negative for herpes simplex 1&2
some of the other spots are fordsyce spots maybe they all are
