These type of spots are making me self conscious how do I get rid?!!

so i have had these types of spots on my face for a while and i do not know how to get rid of them. can someone tell me any products or what i should do to get rid of them please?

BHA or Adapalene. Best of luck to you, it takes a few months but it works!
