Anyone know what’s happening? It looks like skin has separated and there are some deep folds.

I’m pain free but I’m itchy daily and area feels irritated. I occasionally have bright red blood on tissue paper and sometimes feel tightness and when I’m bloated, gas feels trapped and often I feel a kind of vibration.
I’m going to see a doctor. However, I’d appreciate any insight or ideas in the meantime.
