So as a gay man who’s recently had sexual activity for around 6-8 months (virgin until then), I’ve always known I had bumps around my entrance but it never really concerned me. I’m not sure when they appeared, but I’ve never really poked around that area frequently in the shower until recently this year.
I tried shaving down there for the first time and realized perhaps what I had wasn’t normal because these bumps/skin tags would sort of get in the way of what I was doing. I looked at some pictures online and I’m pretty sure I might have HPV. My pictures look similar to some cases I have seen here.
What do you think? I’ve uploaded some pictures for reference. This is really embarrassing because there are some traces of blood from my attempt at shaving 
I live in California, so what would be the best steps to take? I already scheduled a regular appointment with my primary care doctor this week. Thank you.
