Think I might have heroes or fordyce spots?

so on sunday i found these little white spots all clustered together on both sides. one side was sore and a little itchy but i think thats from me poking around. i booked an appointment on monday for a swab but the nurse said shes not sure if anything will come back as there was no fluid and i should just monitor them because it might be early stage of herpes. ive been a little itchy but im freaking out

how old are you?fordyce spots can appear due to hormonal changes. looks a little irritated bc of the redness, but nothing screams herpes. take it easy and keep an eye out for any changes

thanks for answering. im 20, im on birth control and recently finished my period if that makes a difference. im going to the doctors again tomoorow to get another opinion on it

ya that definitely does not look like herpes. try to not mess with it. sometimes you find things that were already there lol
