Thinning skin from steroids - how long?

I have been using methylprednisolone aceponate (Advantan Fatty Ointment) on my penis on and off for about 2 years.

I only use it maybe once every one or two months when my Psoriasis flares up.

I am now worried that the skin is thinning. Could my skin have thinned even without continuous use for an extended period? Or would I have to have used it every day for a long time for this to happen?

i thing you should immidatly stop taking such things it would harm you somehow

Did your doctor recommend you use Advantan? What do they say?
