Hi everyone,
This is my third post. I have a strange issue going on. I was diagnosed with a Fungal infection but they were worried it may be BXO (first post). I will go to a urologist soon and hopefully get a definite diagnosis. I’m also having some erection issues (2nd post)
OK. So my doctor prescribed something called Kenacomb (anti fungal, steroid, and anti biotic). I put it on my foreskin. I put it on the edge between my inner and outer foreskin. I guess distal foreskin? I rubbed it on maybe a little generously. The next day I noticed that area was bleeding. I stopped using it there, but continued using it on my inner foreskin.
Now the distal foreskin, it seems there is a vein sticking outside of my foreskin! I actually mean it is like the vein is actually outside of the skin… I don’t want to touch it because I’m worried about infections, etc. But it looks really black/blue and it is visibly outside of the skin. It seems like the cream caused an erosion of my skin and a superficial vein is sticking outside of it.
Is this a medical emergency?
- I’m in hotel quarantine because of traveling.. I get out in 4 days.
- Is there anything I can do inside the hotel? Should I ice it? Should I avoid getting it wet?
- If it’s relevant, they also gave me a pill diflucan in case I have a yeast infection.
Thank you so much for your help.
