This has been going on for almost a year, what should I do

About a year ago i slept with my partner, and two weeks later these painful dots start appearing. As time go past, the inside of my vagina has become itchy and i have non-stop discharge with a severe odor.

looks like you might have a cyst, if it hasn’t gone in so long you might need to see your doctor and get antibiotics to shift it
