i don’t really explore down there but i did today just to find this unpleasnt looking white yellowish bumps, it don’t hurt or anything and its not as big as it looks on the picture, they are small but when i zoomed in they look really scary to look, is it PPP? how can i get rid of them?

those papules are Vestibular Papillomatosis which is normal.
