That is molluscum contagioum, it is a wart but not caused from hpv the virus, they will go away in time but it is contagious while you have the bumps. They can last for years.
i agree with the previous reply. it looks very much like mollascum contagiosum. they spread very easily from popping them. this is caused by sex when theyre on the genitals like this BUT luckily this is very treatable and can be cleared up by a doctor. please go to a doctor immediately !!!
