I'm going to put it straight. Had unprotected sex and didn't pee until the morning after. Two days later, I was itching and it was burning when i was peeing. A week later, the burning and itching stopped and it was all feeling okay down there. Cut to two weeks later, I notice blood on my toilet paper after i wipe. After that, it starts itching again. Then i decide to look at my vagina with a mirror. This is what i see. Can you guys please tell me what it might be?
