I have been having bowel problems for almost maybe 9 years, it does my head in and right now, it seems that my faeces are leaking around the impacted faeces into my underwear and I can't control it, I have been constipated for at least 5 days now and it makes me feel like crap. I have been to the doctors and they all perscribed different medications, they worked for a while, but it hasn't helped and now I feel like I can't go to the doctors as my mum says to me that they can't help me.
Can someone advise me? Thanks, I'm feeling like sh*t.

you really need to go back to the doctors and insist on having some tests done to look further into your problem. Don't just accept more medication. You need to get to the cause of it. You don't say how old you are but I'm guessing you are quite young.
explain exactly what is happening to your GP and im sure they will look more closely. Good luck, remember more often than not there is a simple solution.
I'm 19 years old, turning 20 in 2 weeks.
Keep going back to the doctor and ask for investigation, in the meantime make sure your diet is good, enough fire and most importantly plenty of water to drink, lack of both can lead to bad constipation.
