I bet you know the feeling of leaving the house and wanting to cover yourself in a huge batman cape and hide away forever. I know that when your walking around anywhere, you fear everyone stops and stares. I understand that you cant even eat properly in public places because everyones watching every move you make. Your wrong and i do it to myself, i cant even walk into mcdonalds im terrified of all the judgemental people even when i know there's nothing wrong with me, im so afraid. Maybe your anxiety reacts you you in a different way to me.. but i know im right. Your beautiful, male/female get yourself out there and dont let your mind control you. It has destroyed my life anxiety but i refuse to let it anymore. Restarting college in september!!! Smile... your perfect ❤
