So this happened last year. I was mastrubating at night and suddenly ,there was a slight discomfort, however there were no blood nor bruise when it happened also it didn't have the signiture "pop" sound of a penile fracture. When I woke up the following morning, the entire underside of my penis is swollen/bulging (I believe the part that is swelling is called Corpus Spongiosum), but again, there were no signs of bruising, bleeding and all the functions of my penis remains intact (ie I can erect, I can urinate etc) There was a bit of slight discomfort in the beginning but it soon went away on its own after a week or so. I have consulted my family doctor twice and both times he said it is Penile Edema and it should go away on its own after a month provided that I leave it alone, which I did. However it has been a year now and it is still swollen. So far it hasn't been too troublesome besides the fact that I need to put in slightly more effort (a minimal amount) to urinate and ejaculate, presumably due to the narrowing of my Urethra because of the swelling of the Corpus Spongiosum. Another factor that might have contributed to this issue is the fact that I have been sitting alot infront of my desk for the past year due to university and Covid19, so it might be because of bad blood circulation? Thats just a speculation.
So to sum it all up, the Corpus Spongiosum grew in size, stretching the skin so that now you can clearly see and feel the three seperate tissues the Corpus Spongiosum and the two corpus Cavernousums when errected, which previously, the cross section of my penis would just be a cylindrical shape.
I don't feel comfortable sharing pictures of my penis online, so I've decided to illustrate them with pen and paper instead. The illustration labeled with "before" shows my penis before the incident had occurred, vice-versa. If you have read this far, thank you very much, as I've mentioned in the title, this issue has been bothering me for a year now, I really hope I can stop worrying about it, put it down and move on in life. Wish yall the best and have a nice day.

can you take actual photos?
