This should help just a little info.

So I have responded once already to this Discussion, but i see alot of people posting with questions and concerns for relief. So this may help some. I have had most symptoms at one time before. And when you first get diognosed with anxiety its very scarry and later leads to deppression because you tell yourself i dont want to keep goin through this. If you have dizzyness and short of breath you will monitor those symptoms and any little thing that doesnt feel right in those areas will make it manifest to the point of anxiety attack. Same with heart symtoms such as slight pain or irregular beats. And same with numbness in face and arm. Your mind is very powerful. Ive had everythig checked out and all test came back good. But still the symptoms are very real. As for me i can take a half millagram of xanax and everything goes away. But i dont suggest taking that every day. Im usually ok with one maybe twice a month only when the symptoms make me feel way overwhelmed. The rest of the time i just deal with it and do my best to relax thats all you can do. Try not to think about tradgeties or losses in your life these thaughts trigger anxiety. Stay busy and talk to friends and try to laugh or watch comedys. This all helps. The worst thing you can do is sit alone and monitor every little feelin or thaught in you body. And things will get better it just takes time. Try to do a little exercise or walking everday. Get some really good songs in you playlist for headphones. Remember your mind is very powerful. So just try to think of good goals like losing wieght or getting in better shape or a good job or being successful at somsthing. I hope this helps you in some way and just no that you are not alone. Have a Blessed day.

Thanks Jrod, really needed this. It's really hard to keep your mind of it because it's also hard to realize that the mind actually causes all these physical symptoms. So you start thinking if it really is anxiety. But it takes time. Thanks man

Dizziness had been my main issue the doctor at the ER said she doesn't think I have a neurological problem because she made me some balance tests and my thyroid and heart were checked out but I think I'll be at ease once I see a neurologist

Thank you for rhis, I do take Ativan right now about twice a day but hope that I can cut it to one when I get better with my CBT techniques
