I am guessing you are under 36 YOA Albert? Most of what I can see looks most like Fordyce Spots (do a search for images online), but you also have one or 2 that look a little different to these - so I wonder if you have maybe scratched at these?
I can quite categorically state that these present nothing like any form of genital warts …
