This small spot appeared on my pointing finger, it has a very faint brown color, it kind of looks like a triangle that fades in the edges. I know I might be exaggerating but it showed up out of nowhere and I don't know if I should worry.
I am 21 should I go see a doctor?

Its almost impossible to tell if this is anything to worry about or not. All sorts of spots appear on the fingers and then just as mysteriously disappear. If it starts to spread or gets darker then a visit to the doctor is a good idea.
It's probably nothing to worry about, especially since you're so young, but if it doesn't go away in a week or two, I'd get it looked at if I were you.
