this has been on my penis for so long and it brings me self confidence down so much. i have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it. can anyone help?

Hi yes it looks like lichen sclerosus you need to see your doctor and have things checked out a referral to a dermatologist or urologist will be needed. You frenulum looks like it was removed or it tore are you circumcised?
