it looks like mine which ive been told is probably balanitis. I have an irregularly smooth and shiny penis head (glans) with some dark red discolouration and red and itchy foreskin which is hard to pull back and some tiny little lumps at base of the glans. Does that sound like what you have?
For a correct diagnosis you need to see a Urologist - if you live in the UK go to a GUM Clinic at a General Hospital - if you live elsewhere, or an alternative is to go to one of the larger City Center Walk-In Sexual Health Center, you need a correct diagnosis rather than simply presume what you have!
