Hello Hippies, something to think about.

"Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it is about learning to dance in the rain."

I am now 10 weeks in and still have the rainy days.  Yesterday i knelt down to take some photographys of bugs and forgot about the hip - hey it reminded me and today is a pill day.  Got a nice photo though.

Hi Ann! Your absolutely right! I have been told it can take between 6 to 12 months to recover properly! We all test ourselves and maybe push ourselves too as well. I am a carer as well so not easy . regards Amanda

I love that saying..its very appropriate to our situations!! Im 18 weeks post op & too still have rainy days. I often have to remind myself that although it seems like ages & i get frustrated, it really is just early days for such major surgery. We'll all be back up & running in our own time. 😊

Great thought, the definition of our climate is Temerate, mild and rainy all year round. We could be waiting a long time for cloudless days.  Dancing time it is.🌂
