I had my second thr wed and its totally different from the other my incision is itching so bad i didnt have that problem with my first what can i do about that

Probably not a lot you can do if your surgeon covered your stitches with operation tape that needs to be on for a week or more, mine was on for at least 2 weeks.

However, if your surgeon used operation tape over the stitches and the area under the tape is pink or red, you maybe allergic to the adhesive.

As Kenmar says it is probably due to you having an allergy to the covering for the wound. You could ask for it to be changed?
