About 5 or 6 years ago when I was 12 or 13 I noticed a small white spot on my penis. I didn't think much of it and didn't tell anyone. After a few years another white spot appeared next to it and last two months I noticed another, total three spots . I am going next week to an urologist for this and because I am pretty sure I have frenulum breve and need surgery. When I was younger I tried to maybe pop on of this spots but no fluid would come out. I have never had sex in any way so I guess it's not an std and it does not hurt. Any guesses what this might be?
